Tucked away in a quiet pocket of Frenchs Forest on Sydney's idyllic Northern Beaches, Zenith Garden's residents and their guests enjoy resort-like facilities that are maintained to a high standard and proactively managed by members of the community.
In addition to the excellent facilities, Resident's enjoy regular social gatherings and getting to know each other at a variety of events throughout the calendar year.
With immediate access to the Garigal National Park, wildlife is in abundance, as are walking trails and bike tracks, or have a paddle on Narrabeen lake, a short drive away.
All of this is within 20mins of Sydney's central business district, and 10 mins drive to a variety of beaches along Sydney's Northern Beaches Peninsular.
The Zenith Garden Estate build was completed in the year 2000, and most dwellings were completed shortly after.
Visitors & Guests
Access
Entering Zenith Garden Estate is via the intercom panel at the front gates. Here you can contact the resident by looking up their house number.
The resident can then open the gate for you to enter.
Parking
Ample parking spots have been designated around the Estate for the use of Visitors & Guests.
There are signs at the gates of the Estate, which clearly set out "No Parking on Roadways within Zenith Garden".
Builders and their workers are permitted to park on roadways whilst off-loading only, but this is allowed for short periods only.
Further parking is always available outside of the Estate.
Traffic Saftey
The Estate has a speed limit maximum of 25klm/h, which is for the safety of all residents and their guests.
Facilities
Zenith Garden has some of the best facilities that are normally found in resorts and they are kept in first class condition and have ease of access for residents and their guests.
Bookings are required for some facilities, whilst others provide shared access at any given time.
Swimming Pool
Central to the estate, our large pool is set amongst the greenery of the surrounding gardens and is ideal for a few laps, or a cool dip.
Tennis Court
Available to book or just turn up, our tennis court has recently been upgraded with a new synthetic grass surface.
Library
Located in the Pavilion it's a great escape, to select a book and enjoy a good read. It's perfect for students or working from home to get away from busy households.
Sauna
Our refurbished sauna room provides Residents with the perfect place to detox and rejuvenate.
Function Room
Ideal for Residents to host large gatherings overlooking the greenery of the surrounding gardens.
Gymnasium
Our gymnasium consists of a variety of modern equipment for the exclusive use of our Residents.
Table Tennis
We have a table tennis room, that is frequented by families & social gatherings of Residents on a regular basis.
Squash Court
Recently refurbished, our Squash Court is enclosed within the Pavilion building.
